We use professional scan tools, OEM-level software where appropriate for the vehicle, and oscilloscope-based testing for complex electrical and sensor faults — so we verify components, not only read fault codes.

We perform logbook servicing to manufacturer schedules with documentation suitable for warranty records. Use the correct oil and parts specifications for your vehicle; we will confirm what applies to your make and model before the service.

Yes. Pre-purchase inspections are ideal for private sales and used cars. We inspect key systems and report findings so you can decide before you buy. Book via the pre-purchase inspections page under Servicing.

Our workshop is in Williamstown North; customers visit from the inner west and wider Melbourne — including Newport, Altona, Yarraville, Footscray, Point Cook, Hoppers Crossing and surrounding suburbs. If you are further out, contact us to confirm booking availability.

This is assessed case by case. We generally recommend parts we supply or approve so we can stand behind the repair path and fitment. Ask when you request a quote.

We accept common payment methods as listed on site and at the workshop. For larger jobs we explain costs before work proceeds, in line with the approval you give for the job.
