VW Tiguan 2017 R-Line — DSG mechatronic repair

- Harsh / delayed shifts and gearbox warning behaviour on the dual-clutch DSG.
- Diagnosis
- Full TCU/mechatronic scan, road test and live-data checks pointed to the mechatronic unit. Bench assessment found faults in sensors and solenoids — repairable, not a wholesale “replace only” path.

- Mechatronic strip-down and repair: failed sensors and solenoids addressed, then refit with coding/adaptations and DSG fluid service as required.

Audi Q5 3.0 TDI 2010 — DSG mechatronic repair (board + sensors)

Toyota Prado 150 2014 — air suspension fault

- Vehicle sitting low on one corner with suspension warning active.
- Diagnosis
- Module scan and circuit testing isolated a failed air spring / valve issue.

- Repaired and serviced the air suspension compressor, replaced the rear air springs (airbags), then calibrated the system.
