VW Tiguan 2017 R-Line — DSG mechatronic repair
- Problem
- Harsh / delayed shifts and gearbox warning behaviour on the dual-clutch DSG.
- Diagnosis
- Full TCU/mechatronic scan, road test and live-data checks pointed to the mechatronic unit. Bench assessment found faults in sensors and solenoids — repairable, not a wholesale “replace only” path.
- Work
- Mechatronic strip-down and repair: failed sensors and solenoids addressed, then refit with coding/adaptations and DSG fluid service as required.
- Result
- Clean, consistent shifts restored after road verification — original mechatronic repaired rather than replaced.
Audi Q5 — DSG mechatronic repair (board + sensors)
- Problem
- Shudder on take-off, fault codes and intermittent limp mode.
- Diagnosis
- Scan data, road test and mechatronic pressure checks confirmed internal mechatronic faults — not clutch-only guesswork.
- Work
- Mechatronic repair including replacement of the control board plus sensor/solenoid attention as required, then coding/adaptations and verification.
- Result
- Smooth shifts restored with clear advice on ongoing care.
Mercedes ML 350D — injector seat leak
- Problem
- Rough running, diesel smell and visible seepage around an injector.
- Diagnosis
- Leak-down and bore inspection identified a failed copper seat / sealing surface.
- Work
- Injector removal, seat machining and reseal with approved parts.
- Result
- Engine ran cleanly again with no return of the leak path.
Toyota Prado 150 — air suspension fault
- Problem
- Vehicle sitting low on one corner with suspension warning active.
- Diagnosis
- Module scan and circuit testing isolated a failed air spring / valve issue.
- Work
- Component replacement and system calibration after repair.
- Result
- Level control and ride height returned to normal operation.
Toyota Tarago — knock sensor wiring
- Problem
- Intermittent knock sensor codes and drivability hesitation under load.
- Diagnosis
- Wiring integrity and sensor signal checked with scope and load testing.

- Harness repair and verification — fault was wiring, not the engine itself.

- Codes cleared and performance stable on road test.
